We had our entire downstairs flooring redone with Lotus Floor and Home.  Our design process started with a recommendation for Jocelyn and upon first meeting her, she listened to what we were looking for and brought her expertise and insight into the design process and throughout.  Originally, we were only looking to remove our old tile and wood flooring, with future home projects in mind which came up in our discussions.  As we came to find out, Lotus Floor and Home is so much more than just a flooring specialist.  We had been interested in updating our fireplace, as well as taking out a small, outdated wet bar cabinet and replace it with a custom-built cabinet, but hadn’t started the process of finding contractors for the separate work. Jocelyn let us know these are exactly the types of jobs they do in addition to flooring and kitchens and that we could do the work at the same time as our flooring project. She worked with our busy schedule to go to show rooms and pick out the woodgrain tile we eventually picked for our flooring and the stacked stone for the fireplace.  She was open to discuss design ideas and provide suggestions for the cabinet as well.  The custom-built cabinet is exactly what we wanted for the space since it is bigger than most standard cabinet boxes.  Srini also helped pick out a beautiful countertop for the cabinet which brings the pieces together and ties it together with the flooring perfectly.  During the actual demo and installation process the crew working day to day was hardworking and respectful of our home.  Watching Martin, in particular, lay the tile so meticulously, you could tell he is a true craftsmen.  Juan came and assembled the cabinet and his attention to detail to make sure it was level and all the drawers and shelves were positioned correctly showed his expertise, too.  We continue to receive compliments from friends and neighbors about how beautiful the flooring, fireplace, and custom cabinet look, thanks to Lotus Floor and Home.

As you all know, finding a reputable company can be a challenge. My research led me to Lotus Floor and Home. Everything about their website and reviews, caught my attention. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment with the owner, Jocelyn. Upon meeting her, I knew I was going to work with the company. She was down to earth, kind, and truly cared about my project. She made the process very easy and quoted me a fair price as well. Joseph and the crew did an AMAZING job with my floors!!!! Thank you Jocelyn, Joseph and crew for bringing my new floors to life! I am soooooo happy!y quickly. the floors look amazing, would recommend Joe to everyone

Such a great team. Joe was very attentive and responsive. They were all so kind and thoughtful. Ricardo and team did an awesome job on refinishing our floors and worked with us to do it in 2 stages so we could keep the doggies at home. Our floors look brand new!! Natural White Oak with a satin finish. Their system reduces dust - while there is still dust from sanding, it was reduced significantly.  The job took a few days longer than expected but we are so happy with the results.
